We are taking COVID-19 seriously, and are preparing for a broad range of potential threats. We are focused on the health and safety of our staff and agents. We are trying to find a balance that will serve our clients' needs and practice safe operating procedures for all involved.
Our doors are open at this time. But, we ask that you utilize our website for most of your service needs, utilize your carriers 1-800 number and contact our team by phone.
We have two phases planned. They are not ideal, but we are working hard to find a process that is safe and seamless for all concerned.
Phase 1
- We will be open normal hours.
- We request that you peruse our website, call your carrier's 1-800 numbers, use your carriers apps and call our office instead of coming into our offices, if possible.
- We are able to quote and sell policies by phone using your email. This reduces interaction, and the possibility of spreading COVID-19.
- We ask if you are a direct payment or cash-only customer who utilizes our in-office payment service that you set your insurance policy up for autopay.
This is critical in case our offices have to go to Phase 2 or are made to close to reduce the threat.
- We will continue to monitor events as they occur and make operating decisions based on the latest advice.
Phase 2
- Our offices will be open normal hours. But our doors will be closed to the public.
- You will need to use our website, your carrier's 1-800 numbers and carrier apps to make your payment. If you are a cash-only customer, you will need to get a pre-paid card to pay your bill.
- We are able to quote and sell policies by phone using your email. This reduces interaction, and the possibility of spreading COVID-19.
- We will continue to monitor events as they occur and make operating decisions based on the latest advice.
